The foreskin is a fold of skin around the end of the penis. It can cause problems if it becomes tight or scarred. These problems can include tearing, pain, infections and difficult with cleaning the end of the penis.  Penis skin can also be affected by a variety of inflammatory conditions and rarely cancer.
